Board game Assault on the Bank of England by Novac
We present “Assault on the Bank of England”, an original classic board game from the 80s. Manufactured by the now defunct company Nike and Cooper Española SA, better known as NAC. This is a game from the 1982 edition, which can be played by 2 to 6 players. One player plays the role of a policeman and the others play the role of thieves. Each player has a gang of thieves who will try to rob the banks of London. The components of the game are: a board, which represents an area of the city. (signs of use and passage of time), blue dice, the pawns, which make a total of 45 units; 14 black pawns, representing the police; another black pawn, also the same as the previous ones, representing the “robot” of the Bank of England. 30 pawns in five different colours (6 of each colour), representing the different gangs of thieves, each pawn being a thief. Twelve white counters, which are used as “booty” that are in the banks, and which must be stolen. The cards are: 33 units of OPPORTUNITY cards + 32 units of THEFT TEAM + 15 units of SCOTLAND YARD. It also includes the instructions. Both the box, inside and outside, and the board show small signs of use and age.
