The first models, from 1903 onwards, were manufactured by the company AEG (makers of the famous Mignon typewriter), until it changed its name in the 1930s to Olympia Buromachinenwerke AG. Olympia has been one of the most important in the history of typewriters. Made of cast iron lacquered in glossy black. It has a four-row keyboard and a shift key. White keys with metal ring.
